A request for information (RFI) has been issued to identify vendors capable of providing barcoding and radio frequency identification (RFID) technology solutions to support warehouse operations and inventory management in Colorado.

The objective is to evaluate technologies that can enhance the accuracy, efficiency, tracking, and visibility of materials management workflows. Interested vendors are invited to present solutions that may include 1D and 2D barcode capabilities, various scanning ranges, ruggedized and mobile devices, and advanced data collection features. Solutions should demonstrate automation functions, workflow enhancement tools, and robust reporting or analytic capabilities. Security features and device management are also considered essential components.

Integration with existing warehouse management systems or ERP platforms, real-time inventory visibility, and precise location tracking are important evaluation criteria. Vendors are encouraged to share information about their full product lines (hardware and software), proven use cases, and any measurable outcomes or KPIs. All questions regarding this RFI must be submitted by February 26, 2026.
