Integration with the City's existing billing platform is essential, allowing for functions such as invoicing, payment reconciliation, and tracking of charges associated with compliance, registration, and administration. The software should also provide an internal dashboard giving program staff immediate access to operational data, as well as tools for automated generation and distribution of notifications, compliance reminders, test requests, and program communications.
