(1) Vendor needs to provide automotive ticketing system. Upgrade to a cloud platform and determined that such an upgrade poses a significant security risk, given the current agency security limitations. System will need the ability to construct service tickets/work orders (work orders) using the vehicle's license plate number or the VIN number. System will need to be able to upload approximately 2,000 vehicle history service records. System should function as a cloud application that is reachable from anywhere. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2026.
