Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in New York. The assignments include but are not limited to preliminary design, full design for a bid contract, design to be issued to a requirements contractor or city vendor and/or a technical design report. The work is expected to be certified by a licensed engineer or architect unless directed otherwise. The Consultant shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy and the contract period will be for one year. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2026.
