(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Cook, IL. – Architectural and engineering services for public safety portfolio main parking garage’s assessment and renovation. – Provide assessment, design documents, and construction administration of the parking garage packages noted. (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on January 7, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026.
