(1) Vendor needs to provide ADA assessment, transition plan, website accessibility services.– Information to ensure the agency website meets accessibility guidelines under WCAG 2.1AA. Amongst this request– Understand what costs would be included for each category, ADA Self–Assessment, ADA Transition Plan, and ensuring ADA Website Accessibility under WCAG 2.1AA.– Ensure all web–based content, applications, and user interfaces conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA at a minimum.– Identify any known exceptions, limitations, or non–conformant components, with planned remediation timelines.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 1, 2026.
