Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to deliver a comprehensive Acquisition Management System (AMS) that supports the full procurement lifecycle across the enterprise. The solution must be a fully integrated commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product and include all necessary hardware, software, hosting, and organization-wide licenses.

The selected vendor will be responsible for software system integration and implementation, end-user training, and providing ongoing operation and maintenance support.
