Vendor needs to provide acquisition management system. Provide a modern full procurement lifecycle enterprise–wide Acquisition Management System (AMS), including software licenses, system integration and implementation, training, and operation and maintenance support. Provide a fully integrated COTS solution including hardware, software, hosting, enterprise–wide licenses, Information Technical (IT) support services, system training, etc that meet the functional, technical, and reporting requirements identified. Provide complete acquisitions and financial data via the financial accounting and integrated management system web service definition language to be fully integrated into agency financial system agency momentum system. The contract period will be for one year.
