DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Bisbee, Arizona, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide retaining wall reconstruction services. The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supplies needed to carry out the repairs as specified in the project plans.
Scope of work includes excavation, removal of debris from the failed retaining wall, construction of a new footing, installation of a cast-in-place shotcrete retaining wall, slotted drainpipe with filter sock, fencing, drainage systems, and the restoration of all disturbed areas. The contractor must ensure that all trash, construction debris, cleared vegetation, and any excavated material unsuitable for incorporation into the construction are removed and disposed of legally offsite in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
