(1) Vendor needs to provide retail strategy consultant services to prepare a retail strategy and implementation plan to determine operational plans, revenue forecasting and a shortlist of vendors based on market research and analysis– Market research & demographic analysis: study the hospital's location, surrounding communities, shopping patterns/frequency, and competitors. create a staff survey for distribution which will capture a significant and relevant population.– Develop detailed operational plans including inventory management, retail hours and scheduling, and customer service protocols,– Study demand of retail spaces to establish seating requirements and demand within each quick service restaurant and other retail spaces.– Estimate seating demand during peak hours (ie. Lunch breaks, visiting hours) using projected foot traffic and hospital hours.(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026.
