Vendor needs to provide retail dining improvements service to the government authority located in Buffalo, NY. The main features of the work shall include but not be limited to the following: Replace interior room finishes, food service millwork, counters and equipment. Modify plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems to accommodate new food service layout and equipment. Minor modifications to fire protection and fire detection systems. The contract period will be for one year.
