DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide restaurant, food, and catering services to a government authority in Humble, Texas, on an as-needed basis. Services will support district-wide events, school functions, administrative meetings, special occasions, and other programs over a two-year contract period.

Required services may include catering, on-site food preparation and service, boxed meals for staff development days and field trips, buffet-style and plated meals, beverage service excluding alcoholic beverages where appropriate, and menu options that accommodate varied dietary requirements and preferences. The vendor must also provide necessary serving equipment, utensils, and dinnerware, along with event setup and cleanup.

The provider should offer flexible ordering and delivery options, including the ability to accommodate last-minute requests, and must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal food safety regulations and guidelines.
