An institution in British Columbia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide advisory services for the concept design and implementation of a restaurant and event space. The scope of work includes developing a comprehensive concept for the restaurant and event venues, encompassing positioning, service style, target markets, pricing strategy, and the relationships among these elements.

Responsibilities will also include designing the guest and event experience, from service flow in the restaurant to the entire event lifecycle—including management of shared spaces. The selected advisor will work collaboratively with the College Executive to create a brand identity, including the development of a name, values, tone, and visual direction, ensuring alignment with regional food, wine, and tourism narratives.

Further tasks involve designing operational models for restaurant service, event operations, and catering, as well as creating purchasing and inventory management systems. The work also includes defining workflows for the sharing of resources between restaurant, events, and academic programs; developing staffing models and scheduling; recommending operational software; and designing food, beverage, and menu programs for both events and instructional purposes.

This project requires the submission of all questions by February 24, 2026.
