DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive services for the replacement of digital signs at a rest area in Michigan. The scope entails supplying all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to both furnish and install a new electronic sign, complete with a stone-faced sign base and all required electrical connections from the main building to the sign location.
Work involves installation of a single-sided Daktronics marquee display—full color, outdoor-rated LED, measuring 44 inches tall by 50 inches wide, with a housing depth not exceeding 5 inches. The digital sign must include time and temperature display features. Due to significant underlying infrastructure, the electrical connection from the electrical box west of the gravel drive will require hand digging to avoid disruption. Site restoration must be performed according to attached specifications upon completion of the sign installation.
