An organization in New York is seeking qualified vendors to provide resilient analytic platforms to support mission-critical operations. The platforms should enable secure and efficient access to a variety of data and knowledge-based information sources, as well as model-based inference engines, to meet operational needs. Relevant data sources may include national and commercial geospatial imagery, open-source intelligence (OSINT), cyber-generated datasets such as network traffic and intrusion detection logs, signals intelligence (SIGINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT), automatic identification system (AIS) data, and legacy enterprise repositories.
Vendors are expected to deliver advanced multi-INT fusion capabilities that reduce data latency by developing new analytic techniques, leveraging emerging technologies, and integrating diverse sensor and intelligence data for more sophisticated and actionable insights. The platforms should be built for secure system integration and interoperability, utilizing federated frameworks optimized for sharing information across disparate and novel sources.
Additionally, the solutions should incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to automate intelligence analysis, enhance information extraction, correlation, access, visualization, and bolster cyber threat detection and response. Proposals must address assured and resilient cloud computing with robust information sharing, privacy protection, and compliance with security governance standards. Other essential features include benchmarking and validation, secure edge computing for users in disadvantaged environments, and proactive management of security vulnerabilities.
