Vendor needs to provide resilient analytic platforms. • Enable access to data, knowledge–based information, and model based inference engines to meet their operational needs and mission objectives. • Information sources may include national and commercial geospatial imagery, open–source intelligence (OSINT), cyber–generated data sets (e.g., network traffic, intrusion detection logs, malware analysis), signals intelligence (SIGINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT), automatic identification system (AIS), and legacy enterprise repositories. • Multi–INT Fusion and Latency Reduction – Develop new analytic techniques, leverage emerging technologies, and integrate diverse sensor and intelligence data to produce more sophisticated, timely, and actionable products and services. • Secure System Integration & Interoperability – Design and implement integrated prototype systems that are composed of federated frameworks optimized for secure information sharing across disparate and novel data sources. • Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to automate intelligence analysis tasks, improve the accuracy and efficiency of information extraction, correlation, access, visualization, and enhance cyber threat detection and response. • Assured and Resilient Cloud Computing – The advent of cloud computing technologies presents numerous benefits as well as various security concerns. Information sharing and privacy issues are present in these technologies. • Benchmarking and Validation • Organizational Compliance and Security Governance • Secure Edge Computing for Disadvantaged Users • Proactive Security and Vulnerability Management
