(1) Vendor needs to provide residential rentals registration, compliance monitoring and enforcement digital platform. – Provide a comprehensive, secure, and user–friendly online and mobile platform to support the management and administration of transient vacation rentals (TVRs) registration, renewal, and payment processes, and enforcement of applicable TVR provisions – The system shall replace manual processes, automate registration and compliance workflows, and enhance data sharing between departments. • The system shall: – Integrate securely with EPIC (Tyler) and Real Property Tax systems – Perform TVR registration functions for the initial application and annual renewal including processing the application payment – Provide Hosting Platform registration and reporting functions – Automate intake, Planning enforcement, and public access workflows – Provide dashboards and audit logs • The agency seeks a vendor capable of delivering a complete and integrated solution that includes: – Identification of active TVRs within the agency and match to agency tax records via transient accommodations tax number – Automated monitoring of online listings and marketing data – Evidence capture to support enforcement actions – Integration with County systems (EPIC/Tyler, RPT, iaSWorld) – Secure, role–based access and public transparency (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026.
