Vendor needs to provide residential construction services to the government authority located in New Mexico. – Competitive procurement of prime contractors to perform, or cause to be performed, rehabilitation, reconstruction, mitigation, elevation, replacement, and new construction of single–family residential structures. – Enter agency specific contracts with skilled prime construction contractors to perform rehabilitation, reconstruction, mitigation, elevation, replacement, and new construction of single family residential structures. – Including manufactured housing units and modular homes, damaged disaster events. – Including the repair and replacement of eligible single–family residential structures in designated disaster–impacted areas identified for assistance. The contract period will be for four years. Pre–bid conference will be held on January 26, 2026. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 04, 2026.
