(1) Vendor needs to provide residential construction services to the government authority located in Sharon, CT.– Includes demolition of an existing cottage, construction of the new building, drilling a well and connecting to existing septic tank, installation of a gravel driveway and parking area, and grading the site for drainage. • The project must meet all local zoning, health, and environmental regulations and ordinances. • Contractor is responsible for jobsite safety, weather protection, and weekly cleanup. • Construction Waste & Demolition materials shall be disposed of off–site in an approved construction and demolition waste processing facility. • Contractor must provide a full clean and window wash at the end of construction, including duct cleaning if ductwork is not protected during construction. • Contractor & Subcontractors must protect installed materials throughout the course of construction. This includes floor covering protection, cabinet & corner protection, and material protection from paint. Materials & products damaged during construction due to lack of protection shall be repaired or replaced at the Contractor’s expense. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 23, 2026.
