(1) Vendor needs to provide residence life management software. • Admissions, Occupancy and Information Management– Does the software provide online access to staff and student users and if so, is it through a web portal, mobile application or other structure?– How does the proposed software acquire and maintain general information and preferences (e.g. name, gender, contact information, applicant preference for accommodation etc.)?– Is your software equipped to handle the collection and retention of a wide variety of data (e.g. applicant preferences, characteristics, requests, pets).• Community Management and Investigations– Does your software have the capability to document community health through reports or staff logs to regularly record important interactions /events and community characteristics/life?– Does your software document workflow of incidents from initial documentation to final outcomes through investigative processes, assignment of case managers, meetings, deadlines, follow ups and outcomes?– Can it provide tracking of recorded complaints, violations of a contract and records information?• The software should allow for configuration of a wide variety of items such as:– User types (e.g. students, staff) and the ability to build subgroups for each and assign attributes to individuals– Unit types (e.g. suite, townhouse)(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 28, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
