(1) Vendor needs to provide residence hall and dining facility building services to the government authority located in FL.– Provide building commissioning services for a new 10–story, 370,000sf, student residence hall and partially integrated 38,000sf dining facility.– Owner’s desire to have the housing, dining and utility facilities designed and constructed to a level of quality and timeliness that reflects the long–term use of a facility to meet owner’s requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2026.
