Additionally, it should handle annual parking pass (membership) sales and renewals, along with robust tracking, reporting, marketing, and customer management mechanisms.

The platform must support a minimum of $4 million in annual online and in-person transactions across multiple locations. Capabilities should include online, office-based, and park-based reservations accessible 24/7, marina management, and an integrated payment gateway to work with current merchant services (WorldPay). The solution should offer cloud-based data hosting with reliable security, data archiving, disaster recovery, and ongoing compliance monitoring. Lastly, integration of campground map graphics and website styling is required to match the Regional Parks' web presence.
