The agency seeks a vendor to provide reseller services for preferred technology software, offering a comprehensive portfolio of software products, cloud services, and related value-added services and support for agency locations. The vendor will be responsible for the sourcing, resale, and fulfillment of software licenses and subscriptions from a diverse array of agency publishers, as well as providing associated value-added services.

The reseller will deliver and support technology software and solutions spanning content management, data management, ERP and financial/HR cloud solutions, industry-specific cloud services, AI and generative AI platforms, machine learning applications, automation tools, systems software (including operating systems and infrastructure), cybersecurity, web accessibility, and asset visibility and lifecycle management. The contract period will be five years. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 26, 2026, with questions due no later than March 9, 2026.
