KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have successfully completed three contracts similar in size, scope, and complexity within the last five years
Must have working capital available in an amount equal to 15 percent of the first $100,000 of the Base Bid, plus 10 percent of the next $900,000, plus 5 percent of the remainder
Must submit a bid security in an amount not less than five percent of the Total Bid
Must be in compliance with New York State business registration requirements
Must submit a working plan and schedule within 48 hours after bid opening
Must submit a Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise Utilization Plan within seven calendar days after bid opening
Must submit an Equal Employment Opportunity Statement and EEO Staffing Plan within seven calendar days after bid opening
Must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount not less than 100 percent of the total contract amount
Must provide Certificates of Insurance in accordance with the Construction Agreement
Must register with the New York State Department of Labor under Labor Law Section 220-i
