This project consists of the contractor providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, transportation, and supervision necessary for construction services to Replace Boiler # 3 Project Number 540–22–103 at the VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV 26301 in accordance with the solicitation documents.
