Candler County in Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide repair, restoration, and limited replacement services for several interior areas of the county courthouse. The scope of the project includes addressing water damage, repairing and repainting surfaces, fixing fixtures, and selectively replacing damaged components throughout the building.

Key areas requiring attention include the west stairwell, which has water-damaged walls and chipped paint on trim and railings, as well as all second-floor entry doors that need repainting due to paint chipping. The small courtroom requires repair of ceiling damage, particularly above the judge's chair. The east stairwell exhibits ceiling damage and similar trim and railing paint issues as the west stairwell, along with second-floor doors in need of repainting.
