All work must be conducted in compliance with applicable federal regulations, CMS coding guidelines, Indian Health Service (IHS) policies, and the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. Responsibilities include addressing medical coding backlogs, updating patient records, providing supplemental coverage during staff shortages or leaves, and responding to sudden changes in workload.
