DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive registry and incentive management system to support the Rural Health Transformation Program. The system will function as a centralized registry for clinicians involved in the preceptor incentive program and for physicians participating in the physician incentive program. Ongoing system maintenance, operational support, and user training will be required throughout the four-year contract duration.

Additionally, the provider must ensure the platform remains accessible through leading web browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox. Ongoing onboarding assistance for new users and continuous support for both preceptor and physician applications, as well as incentive administration, are integral aspects of the project.
