The U.S. Department of State, National Foreign Affairs Training Center, Directorate of Diplomatic Tradecraft and Emerging Technology, is seeking registration services for student access to the Social Media Marketing World (SMMW) conference. This initiative is part of The Social Media Forum (PY364) and aims to enhance student learning through exposure to industry-leading insights in social media marketing.
A sole-source basis negotiation is intended with Social Media Examiner, with consideration for any vendors capable of fulfilling the Government’s outlined requirements. The procurement will follow FAR Part 12 Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Products and Services, and interested vendors may submit capability statements to be considered. The government anticipates awarding a firm–fixed price purchase order. The closing date for submissions is March 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
