(1) Vendor needs to provide regional water efficiency incentives portal services.– Design, develop, and maintain a stand–alone web–based portal that allows eligible customers of the three initial partners to apply for and receive reimbursements for approved water efficiency products– Portal will feature a web platform on which agency and Partners may post key pieces of information including a description of incentives rules, eligible products, public events, a description of the partnership, and other information– Portal should reflect the best website practices, use modern designs and integrations, include a mobile–friendly format, and incorporate robust security protections for the collection of personal data.– Interface will feature an applicant–facing Portal for users to access and submit applications, as well as a back–end dashboard– Portal website must be compatible with common website browsers, including Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, as well as mobile devices– Host the Portal– Portal will need to be developed to be both responsive web design (RWD) and a mobile–friendly website.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
