(1) Vendor needs to provide regional transportation demand management platform consultant services. Agency seeks a qualified Consultant who possesses expertise in implementing and providing continued support for a Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Platform. Provide a comprehensive, user-friendly TDM software system that supports multimodal commuting options and encourages reduced vehicle miles traveled. The system shall include functionality for transit matching, carpools and vanpools, bicycling, walking, and connections among these modes. Features shall include multimodal trip planning, trip logging and verification, ride-matching, information accessibility, reporting, and incentive management. Tasks: Regional TDM platform must provide the services: Users can learn about the different transportation options available to them. Users can log one-time and recurring trips. Provide a mechanism for passive and/or active trip verification when a user carpools or vanpools with another user, as an alternative to the honor system. System administrators can create and manage incentive and subsidy programs for users, including Guaranteed Ride Home vouchers, vanpool incentive programs, telework subsidies, etc. Project Management Initiation: Project Administration and Management, Continuous Monitoring and Development. Database Integration and Maintenance: Data Integration, Web-based Site Development and Testing, Staff Orientation and Training. Live Rollout of Software Platform: The platform has been integrated into agency’s stand-alone platform. Software Maintenance and Technical Support.
