DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide regional street outreach services and coordinate those services with appropriate jurisdictions involved in encampment resolution activities. Services must align with the encampment resolution policies and procedures of participating jurisdictions and be delivered in coordination and agreement with the county.
The vendor will participate in regular and special jurisdictional case conferencing and coordination meetings. Homelessness diversion must be provided to all clients as the first-priority strategy for ending homelessness as quickly as possible. Outreach activities must use trauma-informed and culturally responsive engagement strategies.
The contract period will be three years. All questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
