Vendor needs to provide regional public health strategic plan service. The selected consultant will work collaboratively with regional health officers and staff to assess current capacity, identify shared opportunities, and develop a practical, actionable strategy to strengthen regional public health infrastructure. The purpose of this contract is to develop a regional public health strategic plan that builds regional public health infrastructure, with a focus on assessing regional epidemiological capacity and identifying a regional epidemiologist sustainability model/plan; assessing regional readiness and opportunities for artificial intelligence (AI) applications; identifying additional regional resource-sharing opportunities between/among local health departments in the southern region of Wisconsin. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 10, 2026.
