A service provider is sought to design and develop a web-based Regional Planning and Natural Resources Dashboard utilizing ArcGIS Experience Builder or an equivalent Esri platform based on ArcGIS Online for Connecticut. The dashboard will offer an interactive and user-friendly interface, integrating essential datasets related to natural resources, environmental concerns, land use, and built infrastructure such as sewer systems, stormwater networks, utilities, cultural resources, zoning, and critical facilities.

The chosen vendor will be responsible for identifying, collecting, and compiling relevant data from agencies, member municipalities, regional utilities, and state or federal sources. All datasets must be prepared as ArcGIS Online-ready hosted feature layers or map services, ready for seamless dashboard integration. The dashboard will be organized into thematic tabs, include a comprehensive layer list for independence in toggling layers, and offer transparency controls, groupings, and an organized symbology. Additionally, support for a parcel search or identification tool will be provided if parcel data is available, with functionality designed to integrate with the upcoming regional parcel viewer and prevent dataset duplication.
