An engineering firm is sought to provide comprehensive survey engineering services for a regional landfill located in Casper, Wyoming. The scope of work includes recovering or establishing an aerial control network, delivering a quality assurance or quality control report for the network, conducting an aerial survey, and generating detailed photogrammetric data such as orthophotos and digital terrain models (DTM). The selected consultant will also be responsible for performing precise volumetric analyses based on a June 2025 survey.

Proposals must include a thorough description of all flight parameters utilized during data collection. This should outline the date and time of the aerial survey, intended forward and side image overlap at each exposure point, total number of exposures, flight duration, flight line configuration, average flying height, as well as details regarding the camera and sensor configuration and any calibration or configuration parameters relevant to survey accuracy.

Interested vendors are required to submit any questions regarding the project by December 15, 2025.
