(1) Vendor needs to provide regional growth strategy service. • The new Regional Growth Strategy (RGS) should identify future trends facing the region that will require a collaborative and proactive response to regional matters. • The new RGS should include content that facilitates agency governments working together to address the identified future trends. • Developing the new RGS is about more than creating a new document. • Developing the new RGS presents an opportunity to refresh regional data layers to create an elevated and enhanced digital platform that provides valuable regional data and information to all member jurisdictions.
