This announcement is an Intent to Sole Source for Construction Period Services in support of Project 596-20-104 Refinish Connecting Corridors at the Lexington VA Health Care System Franklin R. Sousley (Leestown) Campus, Lexington, KY. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VHA Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 intends to negotiate with Thinkform Design Architect, LLC to provide Construction Period Services during the construction phase of this project. The design is 100% complete and the construction contract was awarded December 31, 2025. The awarded firm will provide advisory services to the Government during construction and close-out, attend Pre-construction meetings, and facilitate bi-monthly site visits over a 365-day period. Interested firms capable of meeting the requirements may submit a capability statement of no more than four pages covering company info, business size/type, statement of interest, and examples of similar work performed over the past five years. Submissions are due by February 10, 2026, 11:00 AM CT. This is not a request for quotes or proposals; no contract award will be made based on responses.
