DESCRIPTION

The State of Maine is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive support, maintenance, and enhancements for its ReEmployME application, which serves as the government authority’s case management platform. The selected provider will be responsible for all aspects of application development, day-to-day maintenance, operations, and infrastructure support for the system and its associated components, regardless of their original developers.

Core services required include perfective (enhancement) maintenance, corrective, adaptive, and preventative maintenance, as well as production support and monitoring. The scope further extends to change management, ensuring security and compliance, and providing infrastructure and cloud operations support, specifically within AWS environments. Support for audit and reporting functions is also required.

Vendors must be capable of providing 24/7 emergency support during declared emergencies or disasters, deliver real-time monitoring and incident response, and ensure the platform offers an intuitive, omnichannel user experience. Leveraging data analytics, artificial intelligence, and user-centered design is expected to enable personalized interactions, proactive notifications, and improved overall service delivery.
