The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM) is seeking information from qualified contractors regarding the review and optimization of VA design and construction standards. This initiative's objective is to enhance cost, quality, and operations of VA-owned facilities and leases by optimizing current standards and responding to the VA Secretary’s direction.
