(1) Vendor needs to provide redaction software.– Provide a comprehensive redaction software solution to support the City Clerk’s Office– Solution will enable staff to efficiently and securely redact sensitive information from video, audio, and document records in compliance with applicable laws and confidentiality requirements.– Ability to accurately and efficiently redact video, audio, and document files.– Purpose–built or well–suited for municipal and law enforcement applications.– AI–Enhanced Detection: Utilizes automated or machine–learning based capabilities to detect and mask identifiable information such as faces, license plates, names, addresses, and other sensitive data, while allowing for manual review and adjustment– Multi–Format File Processing: Capable of redacting video, audio, images, PDFs, and other common digital formats within a single platform or interface(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
