(1) Vendor needs to provide redaction services for video and audio recordings to the government authority located in New Mexico.– will redact recordings, which may contain audio, video, or other media of law enforcement related incidents, in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations,– Removal of Personal Identifier Information (e.g., date of birth, social security number, driver’s license number, passport number, and home addresses and telephone numbers of County employees);– Protection of confidential medical, financial, or other information protected by federal, state, or local law– will have the ability to process and redact MP4 video and audio files, body worn camera footage, proprietary closed–circuit television footage, fleet dash camera video, images, and stand–alone audio.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on February 19,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026.
