The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive recruitment video post and pre-production services. Pre-production tasks include creative concept development, scriptwriting assistance, storyboarding, as well as coordinating scheduling and logistics. During the production phase, the vendor will conduct on-site filming, including interviews with department leadership and officers, capturing B-roll footage of patrol operations, training, and community engagement, and, if appropriately licensed, drone footage.

In post-production, the vendor is expected to perform professional video editing, integrate graphics and branding, handle music licensing, and provide closed captioning. The final deliverables comprise a main recruitment video of approximately 3–5 minutes and a short-form, social media-optimized cut ranging from 30 to 60 seconds.
