The selected solution will be fully hosted by the supplier and must meet comprehensive recreation and facility management needs. Key functionalities include program registration, facility rentals, point-of-sale (POS) transactions with hardware and payment processing integration, customer account management, subsidy tracking, and support for the sale and redemption of gift cards.

The platform must also offer integration capabilities with systems such as SAP and Microsoft Azure Active Directory, and comply with Canadian and Ontario data privacy, security, and accessibility standards. It should be mobile-friendly, ensuring a consistent and accessible experience across all major mobile devices, and offer API/web services support for seamless connection to other applications. Extracting data for use in analytics platforms like Microsoft PowerBI/Fabric is also required.

Implementation responsibilities include initial setup, configuration, relevant integrations, and comprehensive training for designated agency users. The solution must provide tools for promoting facility rental availability and enabling customers to book rentals online, while maintaining high standards of support and ongoing maintenance.
