DESCRIPTION
The Department is seeking a vendor to provide recreation management software that streamlines operational workflows and enhances both staff and user experiences. High priorities for the selected solution include responsive customer service, intuitive navigation, staff-friendly features, ease of exporting reports, customizable interface displays for users and staff, and comprehensive staff training opportunities.
Implementation goals emphasize increasing workflow efficiency by minimizing redundant processes, reducing data entry duplication and dependence on external tools, and offering a dedicated mobile software solution. The software must enable IT autonomy regarding interface and database configuration. Additional requirements include support for standard business functions such as payment management, customer administration, and facility scheduling, while utilizing industry-standard software features for process flexibility.
The ideal software will accommodate application customizations with little or no programming expertise and provide a customer-facing website interface. It must support a wide range of electronic payment methods (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tap-To Pay), ready-to-deploy integrations with Buy Now, Pay Later platforms (e.g., Klarna, AfterPay, Affirm), and social authentication options (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Apple). The vendor's solution must offer dynamic, high-quality language translation (excluding automated tools like Google Translate), responsibility for new facility photography at no cost, and capabilities for text and email-based scheduled messaging.
