(1) Vendor needs to provide records management system. – Providing, installing, implementing, and supporting a Records Management System (RMS). – Proven RMS and associated services that are industry proven, encompass industry best practices, and provides an innovative platform from an out of the box solution. – Solution from a contractor partner that not only understands the complexities of emergency communications, but also has a proven record of providing a consistent high level of service demonstrated continuous innovation within its solution, and a commitment to long–term client and solution support. – RMS shall have ample capability, functionality, support, interface capabilities, and innovation to support operations, and shall interface with the Adult Information System (AIS) or jail management system and the selected Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system which is also currently being solicited in the open market to replace the current CAD system. – Initiative is to replace current RMS with a cost effective and proven, cutting–edge technology that will deliver advanced turnkey services. – RMS is for documenting incident–based reports resulting from offenses and incidents occurring within agency. – Provide trained and experienced staff, to perform installation, implementation, configuration, integration, training, project management, customer service and post implementation maintenance support services equivalent (2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) Pre–bid conference will be held on February 04, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 23, 2026.
