National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) Lab Protection requires a strong, specialized records management system to replace its current, inadequate documentation methods. The new software solution must facilitate real–time entry, provide comprehensive change tracking for all documentation, and offer the ability to generate reports based on specific data fields. Furthermore, it needs to streamline the referencing of unit activity and incident occurrences, moving away from the generic computer programs presently in use.
