(1) Vendor needs to provide recognition gifts and online platform service. – The provision of long service recognition gifts and online platform services. – Seeking a supplier with extensive experience in supplying gifts for long service recognition gifts and online platform services. – Advertise the annual ceremony and banquet via the online platform. – Manage functionality and tracking through the online platform. • Event details for attendees. • Survey and photo download instructions post–event. – Work closely with staff for online platform content, gift selection, and customer service. – Online platform, invitations, and rsvp system must be ready by mid–may each year. – The online platform to support gift ordering must be open to honourees in summer and close. – Gift deliveries should be sent to honourees periodically as gift orders are received – Provide 25–year and 35–year gift catalogues of roughly 50 options per recognition year with a variety of categories including but not limited to jewelry, home, art, travel and technology products.
