(1) Vendor needs to provide real–time intelligence map software.– Provide a commercially available, off–the–shelf location–based situational intelligence and mapping platform designed specifically to support public safety operations.– Solution must be fully developed, production–ready, and currently deployed by other public safety agencies.– Platform shall deliver immediate, location–specific operational context by enabling authorized users to search by address, individual name, or phone number and immediately locate relevant public safety, intelligence, and contextual data within a single, unified interface.– Search and query functionality– A web–based interactive map interface capable of displaying multiple data layers simultaneously.– Multi–Platform Accessibility– Solution must be accessible across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, including support for in–field operational use(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
