The government authority located in Redwood, California seeks a vendor to provide real property consulting services. The selected firm will serve as the agency’s real property advisor, delivering strategic guidance, transactional support, and coordination on matters concerning agency-owned and leased real property.

The scope includes a wide range of real property activities related to acquisition, lease, and sale of real property, rights-of-way, and easements. Responsibilities will also encompass managing all aspects of agency property leased for commercial or other nonresidential purposes, negotiating and overseeing contracts with appraisers and consultants, and providing strategic real estate analysis and recommendations concerning agency-owned assets. The vendor will also oversee relocation assistance and fulfill property management duties, act as agent for property acquisitions and disposition—including compliance with surplus lands act—and handle property leasing, licensing, and permitting. The contract period is two years.
