(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate strategy consulting services.– Perform property–specific development scenario modeling, evaluation of lease amendment proposals, acquisition strategy analysis, resilience–related real estate analysis, and policy or program development for properties or initiatives. – Advise on interim site activation strategies and funding for sites planned for future redevelopment.– Model housing development scenarios based on availability of subsidy and incentives.– Provide industry–specific detailed analysis on key details of a real estate development proposal for owned property to determine feasibility.– Property–specific development scenario modeling.– Evaluation of lease amendment proposals.– Real estate analysis related to resilience activities.– Acquisition strategy analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 02, 2026.(3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on December 09, 2025.
