(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate strategy and consulting services.– Provide specific market overviews and analysis:– Prepare overviews of recent activity, market trends, and lease rates and sales prices for a variety of use categories.– Prepare conceptual development program scenarios based on site conditions to include square footage breakdowns by potential uses, unit counts, development layouts, massing diagrams, and estimated total development cost.– Evaluate the incentives or market conditions necessary to create viable co–location opportunities for multiple uses at the same site, such as housing, public assets, energy infrastructure, etc.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 9, 2025.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2025.
