Vendor needs to provide real estate marketing and brokerage services; Prepare / stage properties to sell – Provide the City advice on low–cost items that would maximize the sale price of the properties. Specific properties will be identified throughout the contract period. Provide professional listing photos. Price the properties – Prepare a comparative market analysis to review comparable properties nearby that are currently on the market, pending, or have recently sold. Market the properties – Outline the approach around marketing, including signage, flyers, lockbox, multiple listing service, real estate search sites, etc. Closing the Deal – Review purchase offers and assist the City in negotiating the best deal.
